Return Policy

Cobie Brown Co.,Ltd. hopes that all customers will have the most satisfactory from shopping with us.

If your order is damaged because of our mistake, we are willing to refund or exchange within seven days after the delivery. However, only regular priced items can be exchanged or returned. Promotion items are not included. The returned products and packaging must also be in a good condition.

EXCHANGEABLE AND REFUNDABLE ITEMS

1. The item does not match the purchase order or receipt.

2. The item is damaged or not in working order since delivery.

3. The item is quality defect.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

1. The item must be in the like-new condition and has not been used.

2. To exchange or return the product, the customer must be responsible for shipping or returning the item back to Cobie Brown within 7 days after delivery. Otherwise, Cobie Brown reserves the right to deny exchange or return of the purchase whatsoever.

3. Cobie Brown reserves the right to inspect the item before exchange or refund under the given conditions within 2–7 working days after receiving the returned item.

4. In the event that the item is in unacceptable condition, Cobie brown reserves the right to deny exchange or return, and we will return it to the customer.

5. Cobie Brown is responsible for shipping the returned item only when the item is damaged due to our mistake (shipping fee not over THB150 per order).

6. Cobie Brown DO NOT accept online purchase returns/refunds at the store.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN PROCEDURE

1. For all product problem purchased from all channels including online and in-store. Contact our staff via LINE @cobiebrown to inform of the problem and your wish to return/exchange the product with purchase information and attached images of products and original receipt.

2. Await for the response from the staff.

3. Send the item, an original receipt, a tax invoice, and the parcel box to Cobie Brown Head Office: 128/2 Village No. 2 NangKaew Subdistrict, Photharam District, Ratchaburi Province 70120 Thailand

4. Our staff will contact you back within 5 working days. After the product inspection is completed and the exchange status is confirmed, the exchange will be completed within 7–10 days after the exchange confirmation. This timeframe does not include the shipping process via a postal service. (The duration of exchange/return depends on the available stock).
